The production lines were chosen with the help of tomato plant/technology professionals with the aim of:
safeguarding and guaranteeing the quality of food products;
optimizing processing yields and the use of electricity, thermal energy and water;
enhancing the integrated management of processes and checks to reduce costs while improving safety standards and work quality;
continuously monitoring environmental indicators by adopting the best technologies available to limit the impact on the surrounding ecosystem.
